You can ask for your Shurfat Al Hijaz account and personal data to be deleted from this page, without the app. Sign in with your mobile number, then confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number and email address
Your national ID number
Your sign-in details and the devices linked to the account

What we keep

Signed contracts and identity-verification records for completed bookings, to meet statutory financial record-keeping obligations.
